Join Solano County's Law & Justice IT Team as an IT Analyst IV and serve as the business-aligned technology partner supporting the County's Law & Justice departments.
In this impactful role, you'll work directly with the Probation Department, District Attorney, Public Defender, Sheriff, Courts, vendors, and internal Department of Information Technology (DoIT) engineering and operations teams to solve complex operational challenges, modernize legacy applications, improve service delivery, and support technology that directly impacts public safety and the administration of justice.
As a trusted liaison between business partners and technical teams, you'll help identify operational needs, guide application enhancements and modernization efforts, coordinate with vendors, and ensure technology solutions are practical, secure, and aligned with organizational goals. You'll play a key role in delivering services that meet evolving business needs while helping transition mature solutions to operational support teams.
The Law & Justice IT team is known for its collaborative, customer-focused approach and deep understanding of the business behind the technology. Team members work closely with department leaders, frontline staff, technical specialists, vendors, and executive leadership to move projects forward and deliver meaningful results. The team values dependability, thoughtful problem-solving, shared ownership, and practical, sustainable solutions.
